School Nurses across the district have noted an increase in student absences due to the Flu or Flu-Like Illnesses. All schools will continue to:
* Increase absence data monitoring to reflect these particular illnesses
* Update / consult with our district school physician
* Monitor student visits to the Nurse due to respiratory illness
* Encourage hand washing and cough etiquette throughout the district
