Monday, November 4, 2013 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. @ Senior Center

A limited amount of vaccine is available so please pre-register for either clinic that you will be attending. You may obtain the Influenza Questionnaire and Consent Form by contacting the Board of Health at (508) 497-9725. The clinic will utilize the inactive influenza vaccine, or the flu shot which is injected into the muscle.

Influenza can occur at any time but most often occurs from November through May. In reason seasons, most infections have occurred in January and February. Adults and older children need one dose of influenza vaccine each year.

Should you become ill with the flu please be considerate of others. Stay home if you have a fever, cough or sore throat. Clean your hands often during the day, especially after coughing or sneezing. Always cover your cough/sneeze with a tissue or your sleeve and discard used tissue in a waste basket.

Thank you for your cooperation. Please call the Board of Health Office if you have any questions.
