Senator Spilka & The College Board to Host Info Session

Senator Karen Spilka, Dee Dee Edmondson, the Director of State Government Relations for the New England Region, The College Board, and additional representatives from The College Board will host an information session on college and financial aid resources for students and their families on Monday, January 9, 2012 at 6pm in the Medway High School auditorium, located at 88 Summer Street, Medway, MA.

The session is designed to provide information and resources to help parents and students prepare for the college application and financial aid process. Topics to be covered include:

  • FAFSA Access and Information
  • SAT Fee Waivers
  • Accessing and Understanding College Financial Resources
  • Applying for a College Application Fee Waiver
  • Free SAT Study Materials
  • Online Resources for Teens and Parents

Parents and students living in the towns of the 2nd Middlesex and Norfolk district, which includes the towns of Ashland, Framingham, Franklin, Hopkinton, Holliston, Medway and Natick, are encouraged to attend and participate in this informative session.
