Amendment to run meeting on 1st Night until completion by Select Board Chair, Brendan Tedstone - Passed Majority Call Vote

Article 1: Rescind Main Street Corridor Vote and Discontinue Project (Citizens Petition) - (Simple Majority Required) - Standing Vote: Failed 278-504
-Motion by John Palmer to Stop Project.
-60% of Land Easements are Temporary
-40% are Permanent Easements
-Approximately 50% of Permanent Easements are Utility Easements
-Two-Thirds of Permanent Easements relate to 5 properties including: Cross Point, Sunoco
-$15.45 Mil - Project Total
-$3.25 Mil from Host Agreement
-$8.3 Mil - State and Federal Commitments
-$3.4 Mil - Appropriated from Town
-Crosspoint Associates Property (CVS, Marty's Liquors) is largest permanent easement

Estimated Cost to Repave Existing Roads (w/out project) - $4.7 Million (State and Government funds do not cover)

Amendment to remove language from Article "and (2) vote to order the Select Board to discontinue the entirety of the Main Street Corridor Project and order the Select Board to cease all planning and project implementation including, but not limited to, any work with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and other agencies and service providers, related to the Main Street Corridor Project." by Todd Cestari - Standing Vote Passed 452-305

Article 2: Hopkinton High School Expansion: Engineering and Design Services - Standing Vote - Passed 404-6
- To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the School Department Stabilization Fund or from Free Cash a sum or sums of money for feasibility, schematic design, engineering and related services in connection with construction, reconstruction, renovation, alteration and associated improvements of Hopkinton High School, including expenses related to said design and services, said sum to be spent under the direction of the School Committee.

-$500,000 ($300,000 from School Department Stabilization Fund, $200,000 from the unexpended appropriation made under Article 15, Paragraph (4) of the 2019 Annual Town Meeting)

Article 3: Hopkinton High School Expansion: Construction Services - Standing Vote - Passed 375-7
-Requires Ballot Vote

- "We move that the Town vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $4,500,000 (FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS) for construction, reconstruction, renovation, alteration and associated improvements of Hopkinton High School"

Article 4: Elmwood School: Installation of Modular Classrooms - Standing Vote - Passed 339-11
-Requires Ballot Vote

-"We move that the Town vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,000,000 (TWO MILLION DOLLARS) for engineering, design, construction, reconstruction, renovation or alteration and associated improvements related to the purchase and installation of modular classrooms at the Elmwood School"

Article 5: Hopkins School: Installation of Modular Classrooms - Passed 304-6
-Requries Ballot Vote

-"We move that the Town vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $3,000,000 (THREE MILLION DOLLARS) for engineering, design, construction, reconstruction, renovation or alteration and associated improvements related to the purchase and installation of modular classrooms at the Hopkins School"

Article 6: Street Acceptance: Legacy Farm Road North - Passed Unanimously
-Citizens Petition

-Legacy Farms North Road, from Frankland Road to Wilson Street.

-Select Board and Planning Board Support Article, Capital Improvements committee recommends No Action

-Requires Simple Majority

-Motion (Ravi Gorti): "I move that the Town vote to request that the Planning Board and Select Board take all required actions to facilitate a vote to accept Legacy Farms North, from the intersection of Frankland Road to Wilson Street, as a public way at the 2020 Annual Town Meeting provided that the required layout plans are submitted to said Boards in a timely manner for such actions."
