Article 1 - Periodic Charter Review: Report & Recommendations
-Motion by June Harris - Changes in goals for Library Director - Passes

-Motion by Christine Dietz - Amended Change to keep Town Clerk Elected. - Debate Closed, Vote underway. Town Meeting overwhelmingly votes to keep Town Clerk an elected position.

-Motion by Phil Cohen - language changes to Charter Section 3.6. (allow boards and committees with appointing authority to adjust the compensation of their appointees) - Passes Call Vote

-Motion by Frank D' Urso to make Town Treasurer an elected position -
Motion to move to Tuesday Jan 31st 7pm - Passed
Motion to move further discussion to Tuesday Jan 31st 7pm - Passed

-Motion Jim Ciriello for a residency requirement for Town Manager differed to Tuesday 1/31.

-Motion to move further discussion of Article 1 to Tuesday 1/31 - Passed.

Article 2 - School Building Project - (Amended to Day 2 of Town Meeting. Tuesday Jan 31st 7pm)

Article 3 - Acquisition of Property at 61 Main Street for Downtown Corridor Realignment
-After complaints of no cost specified, Town Counsel, Raymond Miyares explains that the proposed article does not give the Board of Selectmen the right to spend money on the proposal. Town Counsel mentioned a 2nd vote would be needed to allocate any amount of money towards the project.

Article 3 Passes Standing Vote - 96-22

Article 4 - Authority to Negotiate Solar Agreements - Town Manager: "This is specifically giving Selectmen authority to negotiate". "Further ratification will require town meeting approval".

Town Counsel stated that the Department of Revenue made it a requirement to first require Town Meeting approval to negotiate and then Town Meeting approval to purchase.
