State of the Town

Hosted by the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the annual State of the Town presentation will take place on Tuesday, April 26, at the First Congregational Church, 126 East Main Street in Hopkinton.

Beginning with coffee and conversation at 7:30AM, followed by a presentation at 8AM, this program will prove to be an informative lead up to Hopkinton's Annual Town Meeting set to convene on May 2, 2011 at 7PM. If you are interested in the state of Hopkinton's fiscal affairs, you won't want to miss this event.

You will leave with a clearer understanding of the town's current fiscal situation as well as upcoming challenges and opportunities that will have an impact on Hopkinton's future. You will also hear how the expansion of the town's commercial tax base can help alleviate the current cycle of deficit budgeting.
