Friday, April 24th , Cheryl Perreault will introduce three friends that she has been in collaboration with recently in providing programs of that arts for community. CJ Dunne, owner of Hopkinton's beloved Bittersweet co. Cafe will talk with Perreault about his cafe and his dream of offering nightly programs of performing arts including the co-hosting of Bittersweet True Storytelling the past four years. Dunne will also be asked about his own passion and past-time of creative writing. Hopkinton resident and poet, Cynthia Franca will join and talk about her involvement with co-editing an Anthology of Poetry with Perreault for the town's 300th anniversary and her new plans for creating a compilation of poetry and stories that offer "Words of Hope" for challenging times. She will also share a few of her own poems and talk about her current involvement with Art on the Trails in Southborough, MA. Singer-songwriter Ron Israel will talk with Perreault about their recent performance/ conversation project that they launched last year which addresses the human condition of achieving milestones, facing joys/ sorrows and mortality and exploring what helps to get us through. Ron Israel will also share a few of his original songs.
