On Saturday February 11, Democrats in Hopkinton caucused to elect a team to represent the town at the 2012 Democratic State Convention. The primary business of that convention, to be held on June 2nd in Springfield, will be to nominate a candidate for the US Senate.

Among the guests at the caucus were Senator Karen Spilka and representatives from the campaigns of Representative Carolyn Dykema and Joe Kennedy.
