Hopkinton Public Library Foundation’s 5th Annual Touch-A-Truck and Food Truck Festival will take place, rain or shine, on Sunday, June 12, 2016, from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, at the Hopkinton High School Parking Lot. This event has something for boys and girls of all ages!

Climb aboard construction, service and emergency trucks and vehicles from Tumblebus, U.S. Marine Corp., MG Car Club, Gentle Giant Moving Co., Under Pressure, Norton & Haines Transportation, Scott Septic, J.C. Parmenter, Jamie Oil, Two Men and a Truck, and so many more. Last year, over 50 vehicles filled the HHS parking lot. The first hour is horn-free for sensitive ears.

And there’s more to explore! Roaming Railroad will provide a trackless train and a model car race track. Kids can get their faces painted, try yoga at Absolute Yoga, and visit a princess from Fairy Tale Parties. Other event booths include Pink Truck Designs, Simply Orthodontics, and the Learning Center of Hopkinton. Touch-A-Truck is generously sponsored by Phipps Insurance Agency, Main Street Pediatrics, and Kumon of Hopkinton.

Bring a blanket or chair and feast on lunch, dessert and drinks from a variety of Food Trucks including Anzio’s Brick Oven Pizza, Cape Cod Cannolis, The Cod Squad, Say Cheese!, Teri-Yummy, VaaBop’s Ice Cream, and many more.

In 2015, this fun-filled community event hosted over 1,000 kids and their families in the rain, and raised $11,000 for the restoration, renovation and expansion of Hopkinton Public Library. Limited space is still available for you or your business to participate! If you or your business has a showcase or unique vehicle to show off, or your business would like to host a booth, please contact us at info@hopkintonpubliclibraryfoundation.org. Please help us to make this year an even bigger success for our Library, now under construction!

Tickets are $8 for an adult and $5 for a child. Children under one are free. Speed up your check-in and purchase tickets in advance here, or at the Hopkinton Public Library. Download the event waiver to print, sign, and bring with you for check-in. Tickets will be available at the multiple entry points to the event. Parking is available at the Middle School, Hopkins School, and EMC Park.
