Dear Trail Friends,
We invite you to attend the 2014 Upper Charles Rail Trail Public Forum on Saturday, March 8th from 9:00 AM to noon at the Ashland Community Center at 162 West Union Street (Rte 135) in Ashland, MA.
The Upper Charles Rail Trail in Your Town – Connecting Our Communities is a forum of current status, future plans and benefits of a regional approach to rail trail developments. Meet and Greet will be from 9:00 to 9:30 AM.
The forum will include presentations from the Metropolitan Area Planning Council focused on a regional view of rail trails, legislative advocates, and a successful business owner providing insight on the commerce aspect of a multi-purpose trail. Representatives from the Upper Charles Trail towns of Ashland, Holliston, Hopkinton, Milford and Sherborn will also provide updates on their towns and answer questions from the public.
