Video: Hopkinton Hillers Sports Update 1-31-2018

-On Friday January 26th the Hopkinton boys took on Norton 65-46. Junior guard Ben McKenzie was a force to be reckoned with dropping 21 points and had 5 assists. Luke D'Aloia also pitched in with 10 points and 8 rebounds for the Hillers. Hopkinton took the win over Norton 65-46. The Hillers improved to 8 and 6 on the season with the win and are just 2 wins away from a playoff spot. The Hopkinton Hillers boys have now won 5 staight games.

-On Tuesday January 30th The Hopkinton girls grabbed a 61-35 win over Westwood. Senior Forward, Ivy Gogolin netted 16 points in the victory. Regan Keavany also put up 16 points for the Hillers. The Hopkinton girls improved to 10 and 4 on the season. The Hillers officially clinch a playoff spot with the win.

-On Saturday January 27th, Hopkinton boys hockey battled Medfield. With a scoreless game in the 1st period 2:39 left, a glass shattering hit was delivered that delayed the game about 30 minutes. In the 2nd period, everything went Medfield's way, 3 goals for the Warriors in the 2nd and it was 3-0 Medfield heading into the 3rd. In the 3rd period Will Abbott delivered a couple goals (29 points on season) but it would not be enough as the Hillers fall to Medfield 5-2. Medfield improved to 9-2-2 while the Hillers fell to 10 wins 2 losses and a tie.
