Hopkinton continues to explore options for ways to best serve our residents during this
unique time. To that end, we are pleased to offer a pilot program that will begin on
Tuesday 4/21/2020. The Town Clerk’s office will be open to a virtual “office hours”
drop-in from 12:30pm - 1:30pm. During this time, you may click the link or dial the phone
number below, and be placed in line to discuss any transaction or conduct business with
the Town Clerk’s office as you would normally be able to do in-person at Town Hall.
Hopkinton will be utilizing the Zoom video-conferencing platform to offer this service.
When you join, you will be placed in a waiting room. When it is your turn, you will be
admitted. Only one transaction (person) will be allowed at a time; please note,
depending on the number of people waiting before you, we cannot guarantee how long
you may be waiting. More departments will be added soon, and The Town Manager’s
Office is planning to host Office Hours on Thursday 4/23 from 2pm - 4pm.
