Please be advised that on Wednesday November 14th, crews will be working on the water main tie in for Legacy Farm Road on East Main Street. In order to make the connection, the water will be turned off for approximately 8 hours beginning at 9:00 AM. The water will be off on East Main Street and side streets from approximately Peach Street to Clinton Street.
East Main from Clinton to the town line, Frankland Road, Cross and Phipps Street may still have water during the tie in, but at a reduced pressure. After the water main is turned back on, you may notice some air or discoloration. Please check your lines before using them and you may need to let your water run to help clear your pipes.
