Hopkinton Police: Missing Elderly Male Located

The Hopkinton Police Department is happy to announce that an elderly male party was located today after a report that he had not arrived back home from a walk. The Elderly Male was found with assistance of a Canine unit.

At 15:50 today The Hopkinton Police Department Communications Center received a call from the son of a missing 88 year old male. The male was reported missing after his wife called the son to report that he had not returned from his walk.

Hopkinton Center for the Arts: Free Concerts All Summer Long

Hopkinton Center for the Arts (HCA) excitedly announces its summer season, with 21 free outdoor music concerts, three art exhibits, and three theatrical presentations in its Summer Arts Series. The summer kicks-off with the Corbett Family Summer Concert featuring Hot Acoustics on Saturday, June 19. Additional series performers throughout the summer include American Idol alum and Massachusetts native Ayla Brown with special guest Rob Bellamy, Texas blues man Willie J Laws, and country blues group Erin Harpe & The Delta Swingers.

Hopkinton's Nurse Resigns

Hopkinton's Town Nurse will resign her position on June 4th as stated in her announcement that she made on her website. She Writes:

Don't focus on why I am leaving but instead on why I stayed.

I am officially resigning from my role as the public health nurse in Hopkinton as of June 4 and I want to take a moment to express my extreme gratitude to the wonderful people that I have met with, cared for, and worked with during this incredibly challenging but fulfilling time as a public health nurse in a pandemic.

On the Thursday, May 13th edition of HCAM News Live at 6:30pm, we have highlights from the first home games of the Hopkinton Hillers spring sports season, we’ll let you know some of the upcoming happenings in Hopkinton and let you know some information about this years town election but first we recap this past Saturday’s Hopkinton Annual town meeting.
