Annie Marie Masters, age 6

Annie Marie Masters, age 6, of Hopkinton, went to heaven the morning of Friday, January 31, 2020. She was with Mom and Dad holding each of their hands as she became an Angel. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of Chris and Genny Masters. Annie was a cuddle bug and loved being held and cuddling with Mom and Dad. She gave the best kisses and had a belly laugh that would make any day a million times better. Annie, like her twin sister Charlotte, loved to swim especially on the beaches of Ocean City, NJ.

Welcome to February. No need to hibernate...there are plenty of things to do.

Sunday, February 9, 1:00PM: Town Forest trail walk. We'll explore Hopkinton's Town Forest, 112 acres of beautiful forest, adjacent to Cameron Woods and Whitehall State Park. There's nature, history, and a great trail to follow. The walk (about 2 miles) begins/ends at the leader's house, 11 Erika Drive. Park along the street.

Leda Arakelian Announces for Republican State Committee

Today Leda Arakelian of Hopkinton announced that she is running for Republican State Committee in the Second Middlesex & Norfolk Senatorial District. The election is Tuesday, March 3rd.

“I am proud to be running on the same ballot as President Donald Trump. I am committed to growing the GOP and recruiting strong candidates,” said Arakelian. “The State House is tilting more and more to the extreme left. We cannot become a sanctuary state for illegals, so I will be working hard to defeat Democrat incumbents with fresh face Republicans.”

Sheriff Koutoujian welcomes Chief Justices Gants and Carey to Middlesex Jail & House of Correction for listening session

BILLERICA, Mass. – Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian recently welcomed Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Ralph D. Gants and Trial Court Chief Justice Paula M. Carey for a listening session with individuals currently incarcerated at the Middlesex Jail & House of Correction.

Video: Dover-Sherborn and Hopkinton Girls Hockey Co-Op Sticks it to Cancer

This past Saturday, Dover-Sherborn/Hopkinton Girls Hockey Co-Op took on St. Peter Marian. At the game, the co-op program also raised awareness to help in the fight against Ovarian Cancer. The "Stick it to Cancer" fundraiser was in honor of the Mother of Senior defender, Keelan Boyle who is currently battling ovarian cancer. Speakers prior to the game included Susanne Menon of Dana Farber and President and Founder of "GirlyGirl P.A.R.T.S." organization, Laura Smith. Hopkinton Police Officer, Molly McGaffigan and Marie Boyle were also recognized.
