Bielat was in Hopkinton to share his background and beliefs, as well to answer questions from area residents and business leaders. Bielat, a Marine who currently serves as an officer in the reserves, says that restoring the economy is his main priority because of its wide impact on those throughout the state.
Also at the event, Republican State Representative candidate Marty Lamb. Lamb believes that the realignment of the 4th District to include towns such as Hopkinton will allow new voices like Bielat to be heard.
