As part of their efforts to raise money for their upcoming trip to Nationals in Florida later this month, the Hillers Cheerleaders hosted a trivia night at the Woodville Rod and Gun Club on March 2nd.
Since the event was 21+, the girls themselves were unable to attend, but they worked hard in planning, not just this event, but all of the fundraisers.
Currently, the team has raised close to $15,000 thanks to community support, but id still about $1,800 shy of reaching the $18,000 needed to go to Florida. The girls are planning on having a fundraiser at Panera Bread in Milford on March 13 in which 20% of the proceeds will go towards the team. The Hillers leave for Florida on Thursday, March 22 and will compete against other teams from across the country that weekend.
