A few Hopkinton Schools will have new start and end times starting in the 2015-2016 school year. Elementary Schools in Hopkinton released their new hours for the 2015-2016 School year. Hopkins School will start at 8:15am and end at 2:30pm, Elmwood and Center School will start at 9:00am and end at 3:15pm.

The Hopkinton Garden Club won first place at the Boston flower and Garden show and they congratulate their members Henry Schmidt, Deborah Coleman,
Kathy Yankee, Audrey Dempsey, Liz Swenson, and Merylyn Mezitt on winning the blue ribbon in the Design Division’s “Circle of Life” Club Competition.
The group also received the Club Competition Award, a top honor for receiving 95 points or higher in the design scoring.

The Hopkinton Police Department reminds you to be aware for runners training as we get closer to the Boston Marathon. Monday April 20th is the big day, on The big day the Hopkinton Police department would like you to know. There will be no on street parking allowed in or near the center of town on Marathon Monday. Numerous roads in Hopkinton will be posted No Parking. Parking is allowed only in designated parking lots on South Street and at Hopkinton State Park. Parking is not allowed on South Street or Cedar Street. All violators will be ticketed and towed. Parking on school property is prohibited unless authorized.
