Video: Town Gazebo and Claflin Fountain Dedications Kick off the 300th Anniversary Weekend

Friday September 11th the 300th Anniversary Celebration Kicked off, the new plaque at the Town Gazebo honoring one of the founders and fundraiser of the original gazebo Eric Fecteau. Following the restored Claflin Fountain was revealed and the water was turned on for the first time. Chairman of the fountain sub-committee Len Holden told the history of the Claflin fountain that was erected in the memory of Charles Winslow Claflin and Maria Claflin by their son Charles L. Claflin in 1907.
