Arts in Bloom 2023
Juried Show
April 24 - June 6, 2023
Reception: Friday, May 12th
Entry Deadline: April 3rd

The HCA is excited to announce our eighteenth annual Arts in Bloom show, juried by Kaveh Mojtabai, the founder and publisher of Artscope Magazine, a multi-platform media company dedicated to reviewing art exhibits and artist profiles; covering cultural events; connecting artists with their audience; and creating access to the arts.

HCA Arts in Bloom is a competitive juried annual show open to all artists. Kaveh will choose the artwork to be exhibited and will also select six outstanding works for awards. These artworks will be honored with fresh flower arrangements designed by Hopkinton Garden Club members for the reception on May 12th. The six winning artists will receive cash prizes totaling over $1,000.

The Theme: Thrive
From our juror: "In events, we are constantly in transactions with beauty; experiment with techniques, colors, design, and subject matter; let's thrive in every language and interpretation in Art in Bloom." - Kaveh Mojtabai

(Although you may submit artworks that depict flowers, please consider other subjects to make it more interesting for the floral designers)
