Hiller’s Pizza Public Hearing September 4th Cancelled due to Withdrawal of Transfer License & Cancellation of Current Business License

The Town of Hopkinton announced on Monday that the public hearing regarding the transfer of license for Hillers Pizza has been cancelled as the transfer request was withdrawn & the current business license was cancelled. Our friends at the Hopkinton Independent report that the business is closed for good and a new restaurant is set to move in to the former Hillers Pizza location at West Main Street. The Hopkinton Independent article stated; According to a sign on the West Main Street restaurant’s door, Hillers Pizza is “permanently” closed effective Sept. 1. “Those that continued to support our family…thank you” it reads. A sign below indicates “Crust & Co. Pizza & More” is coming soon.”

Here’s the official release from Hopkinton Town Government; “The September 4, 2025 Public Hearing on the Common Victualler license for Hiller’s Pizza, 77 West Main St., has been canceled; the Select Board meeting is canceled. The Select Board has been informed by Hillers Pizza that they have decided to close the business effective September 1, 2025. Hillers Pizza has withdrawn the license transfer request and has canceled the current license, meaning that Hillers Pizza is no longer licensed as a common victualler in the Town. It is the Town’s understanding that a new business tenant will be leasing those spaces, which is unaffiliated with the prior owners and management of Hillers Pizza.”
