The Hopkinton Center for the Arts (HCA) is pleased to announce that it will be hosting “Fleeting Beauty” in the Lotvin Family Gallery.

Artists Lidia Mikhaylova and Anna Kreslavskaya explore the ephemeral nature of flowers. Lidia in her silk paintings and Anna through photography. Lidia says, “Our art is a testament to finding strength by embracing the remnants of beauty that persist, weaving a narrative in our works that celebrates resilience, glory, joy and the enduring power of life.”

Lidia Mikhaylova expresses her experiences in the world through painting on silk and hopes to inspire people to see hidden beauty in the simplicity of our surroundings. Her flowers convey a joyful message, a gentle wish for people to embrace a little more happiness.

Anna Kreslavskaya captures the world through the lens of her camera. Flowers are her favorite models with whom she shares her emotions through an artistic conversation. She feels that contemplating on flowers enables one to exist within a moment, offering a meditative process that restores inner balance in the midst of a busy world.

Entry to view the exhibition is always free. The HCA is pleased to offer private and group docent tours upon request. For more details, call 508-435-9222 or visit our website at www.hopartscenter.org Thank you to our sponsors Weston Nurseries and Angel’s Garden Center.
