SACH invites you to the SACH DiwHoliday gala on Dec 10th at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts!
We are excited to have our gala after a gap of 2 years. We can’t wait to see you all. Let's get together to hug old friends, make new ones and celebrate Diwali as one big community!
This year, the theme for the gala will be about celebrating the lives of 12 South Asian women who are trail blazers and have achieved great success in several walks of life ranging from science, arts and humanities. The cultural performances for the evening will highlight the life and accomplishments of these extraordinary women.
The gala will be a feast for all your senses!
Cultural performances for the eyes & ears and lip smacking Indian food for your palate. We know you’ve been itching to show off your gorgeous attire that has been sidelined for the last 2 years. So come dressed in your finest and don’t forget to bring your dancing moves as there is sure to be some Bollywood beats to shake your hips and move your feet to! 😀

We have engaging and fun activities for kids at the barn loft throughout the event. We have counselors and volunteers to help out the children along with SACH team members, so you can relax and enjoy the main event without worrying about the kids :-)
Program Outline
5:30p: Registration and refreshments
6:00p: Kids activities in the 'Barn Loft' (upstairs)
6:30p: Kids' dinner served upstairs. Kids activities will continue after dinner.
6:45p: Cultural performances begin with keynote followed by guest speaker and a journey through the lives of 12 extraordinary South Asian women.
8:30p: Dinner buffet
9:15p: Dance floor opens
10:00p: Conclusion of event
We have an engaging mother and daughter duo, Namrata Mathur and Evanya Mathur, who will be emceeing the event. Namrata is a Hopkinton resident, parent, a business strategy leader and an empowerment coach. Her daughter Evanya is a Hopkinton high school junior, a budding writer and a tennis buff.
