Hopkinton Youth & Family Services with Hopkinton Organizing for Prevention invites you to attend a training to build your skills and help you have courageous conversations with those you care about!

Do you know how to ask your loved one, friend, coworker, or aquaintance about their mental health or suicide when you have a concern? If they needed help, would you know how to help them get it?

A question can save a life Training sessions are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours long, followed by Q&A. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives.
