Video: Lose It For The Library Week 2

HCAM's Mike Torosian is currently taking part in the "Lose It For The Libary program" at Crossfit Resilience on 25 South Street. The program is in it's 2nd week and is a challenge with 50% of the proceeds going towards the Libary expansion project and 50% going to a male and female participant who loses the most weight during the month long program. In the video below, HCAM news follows Mike through some of the workouts and trainer Nicole Latini gives some useful diet tips.
