Hopkinton Hillers Boys Tennis finished the regular season with a perfect 18 and 0 record and swept through the first 3 rounds of the playoffs with a 5-0 win over Whitman-Hanson in the Round of 32, a 5-0 win over Longmeadow in the Round of 16 and a 5-0 win over Walpole in the Round of 8.

Following the 3 incredible playoff sweeps, the #1 seeded Hillers looked to continue their perfect season in the Division 2 State Semi-Finals vs #4 seeded Duxbury at Bridgewater-Raynham High School in the D2 Semi-Finals on Monday, June 9th. The match ended up going back & forth and was very intense and the Hillers fell just short losing the best of 5, rain-shortened match 3 to 1. The remainder of the final match was cancelled due to incoming rain but it did not make a difference in the final result as Duxbury was able to clinch 3 of the first 4 and hang on for the win.
