During a beautiful Friday afternoon on October 17th 2025, the Hopkinton Parks & Recreation Commission hosted the official opening ceremony for the Hank Fredette Skate Park. The Skate Park is located at the EMC Park & Fields on 113 Hayden Rowe Street and has been open since last January but weather delayed the official ceremony.
Speakers at the ceremony included Parks & Recreation Director, Jon Lewitus and Community Preservation Committee Chair, Ken Weismantel.
