HCAM Letters to the Editor Guidelines for 2024 Hopkinton Town Election

If you wish to send an endorsement letter or letter to the editor, please review the below guidelines.

Also, don't forget to vote in this years Hopkinton Town Election on Monday, May 20th. Polls are open from 7am until 8pm at Hopkinton Middle School. This year there's a contested race for (2) open seats on the Select Board and (8) ballot questions. View the sample ballot for the 2024 Hopkinton Town Election in the attachment below!

Letters to Editor/Endorsement Letter Guidelines:

-All submissions should be sent by email to News@hcam.tv.

-The opinions and comments expressed in letters to the editor are those of the writers only and do not reflect the views of HCAM.

-Submissions must include the writer’s name and address for verification and publication with the letter.

-HCAM reserves the right to edit letters for length. We ask that Submissions should be no more than 400 words.

-Letters may be edited by HCAM staff for space, errors or clarification.

-All Letters must include appropriate language and be suitable for all ages.

-All Letters regarding the Hopkinton 2024 Town Election will be posted starting Sunday, May 12th through Friday May 17th at 5pm. Letters sent after this deadline may be disregarded.

-The HCAM Staff offers no guarantee that every letter sent to us will be published, but we will do our best to post all letters regarding Town Election sent to us within the May 17th, 5pm deadline.

-Letters may or may not be shared on our social media pages. HCAM offers no guarantee every letter will be shared on our social media.
