On Saturday October 14 the Hopkinton CC Charitable Foundation will host our 8th Annual Evening Gala. We’ve announced that our Spotlight Sponsor will be Bethany Hill Place. Bethany Hill Place offers affordable, educational housing to more than 150 individuals and families every year who have experienced homelessness, addiction, violence and loss. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors and donors, HCCCF is supporting youth programming to 50 children who live at Bethany Hill, including after school Homework and Reading clubs, literacy activities, Emerging Leaders and college-bound programs, a community garden program and a two-week summer camp that integrates science, music and arts education.
In addition, a portion of proceeds of the Gala will go to supporting those affected by the devastating hurricanes hitting the Gulf Region.
The HCCCF’s mission is focused on youth development and economic assistance and we support a number of causes here in the MetroWest area. Our ability to help others is dependent on support from members of our community. The annual Gala event is critical to our fundraising efforts and we humbly ask that your readers can support our cause by registering to attend.
