On Wednesday, November 20 at 10 a.m., the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) will meet and vote on the authorization to invite the Town of Hopkinton to the MSBA's eligibility period. The meeting takes place at 40 Broad Street, Boston, MA in the 2nd floor conference room and is open to the public.

In May, Town Meeting voted to approve the $600,000 Feasibility Study which is the first step in partnering with the MSBA to build and/or renovate a school. Over the summer months, the Elementary School Building Committee has been busy touring potential sites and reviewing enrollment projections while it waits for the decision by the MSBA.

According to a post on the committee's Facebook Page, the are excited and hopeful to be on the upcoming meeting agenda.

Superintendent Dr. Cathy MacLeod will be in attendance.
