Representing more than 250,000 veterans and their families as well as 70 veterans organizations, the National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition unanimously voted to endorse Sean Bielat for U.S. Congress in Massachusetts’ Fourth District.

“It is an honor to be endorsed by fellow veterans,” said Sean Bielat, businessman and candidate for Congress. “The National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition understands that we must be vigilant in protecting our country from threats of terrorism, and they also see the critical need to send a business mindset back to Washington to get our economy growing again. Veterans -- like all Americans -- need jobs."

According to a letter sent to the Bielat for Congress campaign, John J. Molloy, chairman of the Coalition, wrote:

Your leadership and patriotism are especially needed in the House of Representatives at this particular time in our history when our beloved country is at risk, not only from foreign terrorists, but also from domestic advocates of extreme social and economic ‘reform’ and the weaklings who fail to confront them.

Founded in 1983, the National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition has been in existence for more than a quarter of a century. Over 70 veterans, veterans advocacy and human rights organizations comprise the Coalition's membership. They are proud to be united in brotherhood and dedicated to our veterans and to the cause of freedom through the presentation and enactment of national legislation.
