Thank you to everyone who participated in our Casino Cocktail Party! We are delighted to announce that through the event, raffle ticket sales, and the on-line auction, we raised nearly $19,000!
The money raised goes toward innovative educational grants like Creating a Sound Engineering Studio; Active for Life; and iPads, E-Books, and Apps, Oh My! Check out our website for information on these grants and 285 other grants that the Hopkinton Education Foundation has funded since our inception.
In addition to being a successful fundraiser, people enjoyed a great evening of music, gambling, eating and socializing! Highlights included the relaxed gaming, the great acoustic music by Paul Dubanowitz and Kevin McGuire, the diverse auction and raffle prizes, and the scrumptious mashed potato bar, to name a few. Thank you to Stephanie Szewczyk and her team for putting together a fantastic event.
Be on the lookout for this event next year - we'll be bringing it back with a few new twists!
