CAA Members Art Show Open Now

Hopkinton's Cultural Arts Alliance Members Art Exhibition opened for the holiday season on Friday, December 2, The exhibit is open until December 29 at the CAA Gallery at 98 Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton. Exhibit hours are weekdays from 10 a.m. to noon, and from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.; and on Sundays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The exhibition is free and open to the public.

Caroling on the Common

'Tis the season! Hopkinton kicked off its holiday celebration with its annual Caroling on the Common festivities on Saturday December 3rd. The event, which was co-sponsored by the Girl Scouts and Parks and Recreation, brought out many members of the community who were eager to get into the holiday spirit.

Auditions for ESL’s Broadway – Today! on December 13, 14

Enter Stage Left Theater will be holding auditions for its all-ages production of Broadway – Today! on December 13 and 14 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts (98 Hayden Rowe St.) on December 13 and 14. Call backs will be on December 16.

Caroling on the Common and Tree Lighting Today

The planning has begun and the holiday happenings in Hopkinton will be here before you know it! To kick off the season’s festivities, the Hopkinton Girl Scouts will once again be partnering with Hopkinton Parks and Recreation for the annual Holiday Caroling on the Common/Tree Lighting on Saturday, December 3 at 4pm.

Mark your calendars and come on down to the Town Common to enjoy the caroling, with hot chocolate and cookies provided by Hopkinton Parks and Recreation. Watch the lighting of the tree, visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, or write a letter to Santa.

Family Holiday Program at Library This Saturday

The Annual Family Holiday Program will take place at the Hopkinton Public Library on Saturday, December 3 from 2:30pm to 4pm. This is the seventh year that the library has hosted this program and once again will feature the popular Story Time with Mrs, K as well as performances of holiday classics and favorites by ESL's Tone Deft and Four Guys in Tuxes: The Duo.

ESL Holiday Concert December 11

On Sunday, December 11 at 2pm, the Enter Stage Left’s adult chorus, the Treblemakers, and ESL’s middle school/high school chorus Tone Deft, Too, will present a Holiday Concert at the Hopkinton Historical Society located at 168 Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for Stage Door Members and can be purchased online on the ESL website Refreshments will be served.

ESL Presents A Christmas Carol on Dec. 2, 3, 4, 9 10

Enter Stage Left Theater will be presenting the Charles Dickens’ favorite A Christmas Carol on December 2, 3, 9 and 10 at 7:00 p.m.; and on December 4 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hopkinton Historical Society building at 168 Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for students and seniors, and are available via ESL’s website.
