Welcome to Day 2 of HCAM Connections Week, where we are focused on, well, connecting you... to everything we do! Actually, we have so much to share it’s taking us two weeks to fit this week in, so here we go!

The Select Board recognized Remi VanDeusen who received a "Young Hero Award" for getting medical attention to his Father who suffered an allergic reaction after being stung by a bee. Fire Prevention Officer, Tim Healy stated "the Father's Vital Signs were critical and if it weren't for the critical actions of Remi things could have been different."

Remi was recognized by Fire Chief, Stephen Slaman, Fire Marshall, Peter Ostroskey and received a State Citation from Representative, Carolyn Dykema.

The Hopkinton Fire Department kicked off Fire Safety Week with their annual open house. The event allowed the hardworking Men and Women of the Fire Department to show off some of the equipment they use and to educate about some of their daily tasks.

The Town of Hopkinton is pleased to announce that the Hopkinton Fire
Department has been awarded a grant from the FEMA Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency
Response ("SAFER") program.

“Birsdcaping: Home Sweet Habitat” with Jana Milbocker and Joan Bulter will be held at The Hopkinton History Center, 168 Hayden Rowe St, Hopkinton. Our club’s general meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. The speaker portion is at 7:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public. New members are welcome any time during our club year.

HOPKINTON, MA –October 2, 2019 – Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton was thrilled to be awarded a Maddie’s Fund® grant to participate in the organization’s Dog Foster Apprenticeship program. Thanks to this generous grant from Maddie’s Fund and the Pima Animal Care Center, Baypath’s foster coordinator will have an opportunity to spend four days working with the team at Pima Animal Care Center in Tucson, Arizona, discovering new ways to:
