Don't Miss the April 7th Vets Breakfast

By contributor,

The monthly veterans breakfast will take place April 7th, starting at 0900 hours at the Senior Center, 28 Mayhew Street. The menu will include a meatless alternative.

Tribute will be paid to comrades who have passed-on since the previous breakfast, and those who are on "sick call" will be acknowledged. It is a generous gesture to visit one or more of our ailing local veterans. The local American Legion post has volunteered to lead the Pledge of Allegiance, and blessing of the meal.
