Hervol and Henderson Lead the Way for Hopkinton Hopefuls: Day 1 of Massachusetts Junior Amateur Championship Is In the Books

A little home-course knowledge goes a long way and two hopefuls – Jimmy Hervol (Hopkinton CC) and Connor Henderson (Hopkinton CC) – are looking for that advantage this week as they compete at the 2015 Massachusetts Junior Amateur Championship.

Hervol and Henderson represent a total of six competitors who call Hopkinton Country Club their home. All six are looking forward to competing well and representing a place that they all call home.

17th Annual UMass Medicine 5K Cancer Walk and Run

Registration is now open for our UMass Medicine Cancer Walk & 5K Run taking place on September 27. Run registration is 7:00 AM and run start is 8:00 AM. Walk registration is 8:00 AM and Walk Start is 10:00 AM. The event will be held at UMass Medical School, 55 Lake Avenue North, Worcester. People can register or donate by visiting our website.

B.A.A. Announces 2016 Boston Marathon Registration Dates

Registration Opens Monday, September 14, at 10:00 a.m. ET

BOSTON - Registration for the 2016 Boston Marathon will open on Monday, September 14, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The B.A.A. will use the same process to register qualified runners as it used for the Boston Marathon in 2013, 2014, and 2015, allowing the fastest qualifiers in their gender and age group to register first.
