Energy Choices - for a healthy planet provides a baseline of world energy use now and a vision of what our energy future could be and can be. The show's intention is to make the big picture understandable and the small picture interesting while providing open time for probing people's feelings, hopes, and dreams.
“Energy Choices” goal is to help local viewers and people everywhere understand where our energy choices have lead us and what we can do to chart a path to sustainable future. Energy Choices aims to be engaging, educational, and friendly, while addressing tough questions about
climate change, energy emissions, and health. A goal is to zoom in and zoom out from macro to local to macro again.
Our program has a goal of producing 1 episode per month. With success the production schedule will be ramped up to 2 episodes
per month. It is hoped to expand the show’s production to include collaboration with other public access television stations and their volunteers in the second phase.
Our next two episodes have begun production. One is on Municipal Energy choices, while the other is on New Construction Residential Energy savings.
