Calling all Artists! HCA's most anticipated art exhibition is scheduled for May 23–June 15, 2022, and we are excited to announce that this year's show will be juried by Sorin Bica.
Bica is a resident artist at SOWA artist Studios in Boston and The Mill Contemporary Art in Framingham, MA. He is also the curator and owner at Project B Gallery in Framingham, MA. Bica is represented by Barba Contemporary Art Gallery, Palm Springs CA, Fountain Street Fine Arts, Boston MA, AZ Fine Art, Chestnut Hill MA, Paula Esty Gallery in Newburyport MA and Project B Gallery in Framingham MA.
Arts in Bloom is a competitive juried annual show open to all artists. This year's theme is hope, perseverance, and the strength of the human spirit. Artwork does not have to include flowers. Sorin will choose the artwork to be exhibited, and will also select six outstanding works for awards. These artworks will be honored with fresh flower arrangements designed by Hopkinton Garden Club members for the reception on May 26th. The six winning artists will receive cash prizes totaling over $1,000.
