Hopkinton Hillers Boys Basketball and Boys Hockey are the 2023-2024 TVL Large Champions!

The Hiller Boys Basketball team wrapped up regular season play this past Tuesday evening with a meeting at home versus Wayland. The Hillers ended regular season play on a high note, capturing a 74 to 53 victory. Jack Ianelli netted a team-high 19 points in the game, Sam Dadagian and James Marcinowski also contributed 12 points each and Cooper Willadsen had 11 points in the Hiller victory.

Hiller Boys Basketball is currently ranked #5 in the Division 2 MIAA state tournament rankings and now awaits the final rankings and the release of the playoff brackets.

Hopkinton Hiller Boys Hockey also claimed the TVL Large championship back on February 14th with their 2-1 home win over Norwood. The Hillers finished their regular season on the road, February 18th with a tough loss to a talented Lynnfield team.

Hiller Boys Hockey concluded the regular season with a record of 14 wins, 4 losses and 2 ties. Hopkinton currently ranks #19 in the Division 2 MIAA State rankings and awaits the final rankings and playoff brackets release.

Expected release of the playoff brackets is sometime during the next 3-4 days for all MIAA winter playoffs. Hiller Girls Basketball has also clinched a playoff spot and Girls Hockey has a chance to earn a spot depending on the result of the final regular season rankings.
