Mental Health Collaborative, Inc a Hopkinton based nonprofit organization will be featured on WBZ-TV Boston, channel 4 morning news (5 AM and 6 AM) on Monday, January 31st, 2022.

Kate Merrill, American Emmy award-winning journalist and anchor for WBZ-TV channel 4 news will be interviewing Abbie Rosenberg, founder and executive director of Mental Health Collaborative (MHC) about the mental health literacy programming that the nonprofit offers to communities and schools.

"We are currently focusing most of our energy on teens, young adults and those that support them and care for them. The soaring rates of mental health challenges amongst these age groups are alarming and many are referring to it as the second pandemic." (Rosenberg)

On December 7, 2021 U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy issued a new Surgeon General's Advisory to highlight the urgent need to address the nation's youth and young adult mental health crisis. As per his recommendation, MHC is providing critical, foundational mental health literacy to families, communities, organizations and schools.

Mental Health Collaborative was founded in 2019 to help build resilient communities through mental health education and awareness.
