Auditions for Ghost Light Players’ upcoming production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream will be held on Tuesday, June 19 and Thursday, June 21, from 7-10pm at First Church in Marlborough Congregational. The show calls for a cast of 20 people of various age ranges. Ghost Light Players will be performing A Midsummer Night’s Dream in September on the Marlborough Common.
A great way to get to know Ghost Light Players, as well as learn about the show, is to come to their Meet & Greet, on Saturday, June 9 at 3 PM. The Meet & Greet is also at First Church in Marlborough Congregational. Meet the director, stage manager and producer of the show, as well as other folks from the community, and learn about the play.
Kat Alix-Gaudreau, the Artistic Director for Ghost Light Players, is thrilled to be doing Shakespeare, “I find Shakespeare to be an exciting challenge. His words and stories can be a joy for actors and audiences alike, and I look forward to bringing this romantic fairy tale to life in Marlborough. I’m also thrilled to invite younger members of the community to join in the fun, as members of the fairy court!”
Ghost Light Players of MetroWest is a newly formed theater group, operating out of Marlborough, Massachusetts.
