The Town received a landowner (EMC) petioned article to rezone about 14.2 acres of land off Old Town Road and South St. from Agricultural (A) to Industrial A (IA). The Zoning Advisory Committee has scheduled a meeting on April 4, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at Town Hall, Room 211, to discuss the proposal and make recommendations to the Planning Board.
The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on April 9, 2012 at 7:45 P.M. at Town Hall, Room 211, to hear public comments and to vote whether to put the article on the warrant and recommend the change to town meeting.
