The Varsity Baseball team improved to 16-3 (15-3 TVL) with a 3-1 win at Natick in the first round of the Metrowest Daily News Tournament at Natick High School on Friday night. The Hillers move on to face Division I power Franklin at 7:00 PM in Natick on Saturday night in the championship game. Franklin won a 4-3, 9 inning thriller over fellow Division I power Lincoln-Sudbury on Friday night. Senior righty Jason Cardillo threw five shutout innings for his first victory of the season, while Senior closer Connor Farrell threw the final two innings and recorded his second save of the season. Senior catcher Craig Levergood knocked in all three runs for the Hillers with an RBI single and a 2-run double.
