In support of the restoration, renovation and expansion of Hopkinton Public Library, the Hopkinton Public Library Foundation, Inc. (HPLF), will hold its 4th Mother-Daughter Princess Tea on Saturday, March 12, 2016, from 1:00-3:00 pm at St. John the Evangelist Parish Center in Hopkinton. The event will include live performances by Disney®’s Elsa, Anna and Rapunzel, photo opportunities with the princesses, face painting, a sundae bar, delicious treats and light refreshments. For an additional donation, drawings will be available for the opportunity to win an American Girl Doll and other fantastic prizes! Tickets are now available at HPLFinc.org, or at the Hopkinton Library’s new temporary space, located at 65 South Street. Given the popularity of the previous three Teas, it is expected that the 200 available tickets in this new venue will sell out very quickly!

HPLF appreciates the generosity of the Friends of the Hopkinton Public Library, who are sponsoring the event at the Diamond level. The funds raised at the Tea, along with the over $700,000 already raised through the generosity of local businesses and the Hopkinton community, will help to defray the Town’s cost of restoring, renovating and expanding the historic, but antiquated, Library building. It is expected that the Library project will break ground in early spring of this year, 2016.
