The Town of Hopkinton is seeking an Assistant Director - Senior Services

Under the direction of the Director, the Assistant Director - Senior Services provides skilled administrative, technical and professional support to ensure the successful administration and management of the programmatic, budgetary and business operations of the Senior Center. This role will provide supervision of key divisions, strategic initiatives and programs as assigned by the Senior Services Director and requires tact and discretion working in a flexible and cooperative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must meet the following to be considered qualified for this position:

Education, Training and Experience

Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, Social Work, Business, Public Administration or a related field with one to three years progressively responsible experience working with the elderly population. Some management experience preferred.

Required Licensing/Certification: A valid U.S. Driver’s License; must obtain CPR/AED and ServSafe certifications.

Hiring Salary Range: $57,928 - $63,720, depending on qualifications.
