The Planning board approved a new shopping plaza at the corner of West Main and Lumber streets. Developer Paul Mastroianni told the Metrowest Daily News construction on the plaza could begin as soon as this summer and they are awaiting approval from the DPW to connect to into the town's sewer system.
The 32,000 square-foot plaza will include "Golden Spoon" and another restaurant called "110 Grill" 110 Grill describes their restaurants on their website as "Modern American Cuisine in a Trendy Casual Atmosphere". 110 Grill currently has locations in Chelmsford, MA and Nashua, NH and is opening in Berlin, MA Fall 2015. 110 Grill stated on their website they will open in Hopkinton, early 2016. The "110 Grill" menu features a variety of different dishes featuring seafood, steak, chicken and pasta. 110 Grill (Nashua, NH) currently is rated 3.5 out of 5 stars in 54 reviews on Yelp.com.
