According to an email from Weston & Sampson, due to the progress made to date in the downtown water main replacement project, night work will begin in the business area, from Town Hall to Main Street and Cedar Street, on Sunday, August 11th. Work hours will be from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
A new detour will be in place. Eastbound traffic will flow as usual on Main Street. Westbound Main Street traffic will be detoured at Hayden Rowe to Grove Street. Ample signage will be posted for motorists assistance.
