As required by Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31, notice is hereby given, that the Hopkinton Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 6:45 p.m. at the Hopkinton Senior Center (Great Room), 28 Mayhew Street, Hopkinton, MA, to hear, accept comments and to consider adoption of amendments to the Board of Health Code of Regulations Section 8.5, (8.5.1 and 8.5.1.1), Sale of Tobacco. The amendments proposed relates to increasing the Sale of Tobacco Age from 18 to 21 years or older and the Definition insertion Section 8.0, Smoking and Tobacco Products, (8.2; 8.2.7; 8.2.10) Definitions of Non Tobacco Nicotine Delivery Products. Copies of the proposed regulation are available at the Board of Health Office, Web Page and will be available at the hearing. Written comments of the proposed regulation may be mailed prior to the hearing at the Board of Health Department, Town Hall, 18 Main Street, Hopkinton, MA.
