Are you ready for some football? It’s time to get signed up for the 2012 Hopkinton-Ashland Youth Football and Cheerleading Programs!
Raiders Football /Cheerleading Registration Night
Tuesday & Wednesday February 28 & 29
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Ashland Middle School Cafeteria
This is a Registration night only and the following will be collected:
- Completed registration form (please print from the website)
- Player fee of $195
- Volunteer / C.O.R.I. forms (please print from the website).
If you would like to volunteer in any capacity (coach, assistant, team parent, chains at the games, etc.) you will need to fill out a C.O.R.I. form and bring a copy of the front and back of your driver’s license.
* Please note that filling out a C.O.R.I. does not commit you to any position and you are not
guaranteed a coaching position. We will provide you with a checklist of the paperwork needed for Paperwork Night in late June.
