The Hiller Girls Varsity Tennis Team was served there first loss of the season, losing to the Raiders 3-2 at Dover-Sherborn.
Hopkinton won at #1 Singles and #1 Doubles (Olivia Anderson 6-0, 6-2; Sydney and Laney Emerson 6-1, 6-1). But D/S played a very strong rematch (HHS prevailed 4-1 the first time the teams met) and won the final 3 points all in close, hard fought matches.
"It was a battle and went down to the wire," explained Coach Nancy Clark. " We are a little bummed (a good thing), but tomorrow we'll have a new team to focus on." Clark continued, "and 15-1 with two matches left in the regular season is a fine record!"
